My approach

Everything here is one practice wearing three registers. The photograph trains the eye to see what is actually there. The code has to survive contact with reality. The research asks why — and each register keeps the others honest.

Across every project, one guardrail kept reappearing before it had a name: a system must never hand back a confident answer it cannot ground — and cannot be caught being wrong about. Fluency is cheap. The catch is the work.

The projects will change; the tools will change. The ground will not: truth — provenance kept visible, uncertainty kept honest, and every claim kept answerable.

Working principles

  • Truth before performance
  • Causality before narrative
  • Explanation before bluffing
  • Provenance over fluent confidence
  • Beauty aligned with truth
  • Claims that stay answerable
